Description
Ebony tuning peg from an antique cello made into a pendant. There is a good chance that this item was made a long time ago in Europe, though there’s no way to know. It came from musical instrument repair shops where people like me hate to throw something out! Paua abalone, mother-of-pearl, copper from antique piano string windings, brass and nickel. Cow’s milk finish. Leather, stainless cord, 18″ long. This handmade item comes with a card that offers some of the story and a list of materials used in the making of the object.
